A popular Baltimore eatery is expanding. Chaps Pit Beef plans to open its first franchise restaurant early next year.
It'll be located at the Westview South Development in Frederick.
The restaurant's owner hopes to 4 or 5 franchise restaurants each year.
In addition to the Frederick location, a Chaps in Rockville is set to open next Spring.
Chaps currently has 2 locations in Baltimore and Aberdeen.
