LILLEbaby is recalling its Active Series baby carriers because their sliding chest-clip straps can detech from the shoulder straps and cause babies to fall out.
There have been three reports of that happening and one report of a child falling out of a carrier.
That child wasn't hurt.
The baby carriers were sold at LILLEbaby.com and Amazon.com from September through October 2018.
Anyone who has them should contact LILLEbaby for a free replacement baby carrier and a refund.
Everyone who has purchased one of the impacted carriers will be notified.
