The Consumer Product Safety Commission is recalling some baby cardigans because they can pose choking hazards to kids.

The buttons on the Carter's 3-piece penguin cardigan sets can come off and small children can choke on them.

There have been three reports of kids putting the detached buttons in their mouths.

The sets were sold in stores nationwide in sizes newborn to 24 months.

Everyone who has them should return them for a refund.
