Kristen Chapman is a loving wife and a mother of three - two boys and a business.
She gave birth to a great idea five years ago. Her baby boys loved her car keys, so she tried to fool them with plastic. They looked at the plastic like it was broccoli.
She came up with the idea of using safe stainless steel instead. She got the keys welded in Baltimore. They were then packaged at the Providence Center.
And thus Kleynimals was born.
Now this manufacturing mom from Annapolis is receiving national attention. She's up for a national award, The Cribsies.
