American Airlines is the latest company to say good-bye to plastic straws.
Starting this month, American will eliminate plastic straws and stir sticks from its flights and lounges.
It will use biodegradable, eco-friendly straws and wooden stir sticks instead.
The company will also start using eco-friendly flatware.
