"What makes me happy is when I hear our workers come to me and say 'hey, you know I saw this product out in the field the other day, out in public, and I know I made that,'" Production Manager Liston Clise said.
The company made a custom steel sign for WMAR-TV.
"It's fun coming here and taking on the challenge every day," Clise said.
