Detectives arrested three men for solicitation of prostitution and related charges at a hotel in Columbia.
Police say 56-year-old Darell Fisher, 35-year-old Isaac Lopez-Cabera, and 46-year Scott Hall were arrested as part of an undercover operation.
Detectives put up fake ads on websites known for prostitution and spoke with the men who met at a location and offered money for sex acts. In addition to the prostitution charge the men were also charged with disorderly conduct.
The Howard County Police Department said the operation is part of an ongoing effort to combat prostitution, human trafficking and related offenses and aids in making the county an unappealing place for human traffickers.
