Baltimore County Police have arrested a man they said is responsible for two armed robberies in the Towson area.
The suspect's name is Rashard Louis Williams, 21. He faces charges including armed robbery.
Investigators said Williams robbed a woman on Monday, September 28 as she was walking to her car in the 300 block of Aigburth Road. Williams said to the woman, "Give me your bag, give me your phone. I have a gun. I'll kill you. I'll shoot you."
Police said he took off with a laptop, cell phone, camera and other items. He was later seen on surveillance video using the victim's bank card at a 7-Eleven in the 6000 block of Harford Road.
Williams struck again on Dec. 7, according to police. He walked into a woman's unlocked apartment in the 300 block of Garden Road while she was at home.
He showed her a gun and demanded her debit card, pin number and cell phone. Williams was again caught on surveillance cameras using the debit card at an ATM at Dutch Liquors in the 2300 block of Cleanleigh Drive.
Detectives said it was the photos along with the tips that followed that ultimately led them to Williams.
He is currently being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center on $150,000 bail.
